The City Beer Store manifesto was designed around a strong community with roots
firmly imbedded in the City that helped inspire its creation. Therefore, it only seemed
natural to work with our neighbors on a beer to help celebrate drinking locally.
We sip on Speakeasy at our favorite watering holes, step into Magnolia with friends for
Sunday night supper, and always marvel over the glorious view at the Beach Chalet.
Mondays might find us saddling up to the bar at 21st Amendment or swinging by Thirsty
Bear for a sip and a snack. While out on a leisurely bike ride down the Embarcadero we
reward ourselves with a beverage at the Gordon Biersh. Walking our beast through the
Golden Gate Park offers an excuse to pop in the new kid on the block, Social Kitchen and
Brewery.
Members of the San Francisco Brewers Guild we among our first customers to wander
in and saddle up to the bar, and their encouraging words of wisdom and support resonate
with us today.
