We just love that Arne Johnson, head brewer for Marin Brewing Company, and how fortunate are we to collaborate on a beer with him for our Sixth Anniversary. His recipe for an Imperial Stout brewed with a smidge of this and a handful of that - including star anise and molasses - is a fitting project for our sixth anniversary.

Our City Beer Store mascot, the platypus, agreed to play nice with the Marin Brewing Company heron for their photo shoot. The shenanigans that occurred afterwards I cannot address at this time, but an excellent beer was delivered entitled "Platypus Venom Imperial Stout".

This product will be available in bottles for you and your neighbors.

Set time aside on Saturday, May 26th to celebrate with us at the City Beer Store. We will feature a variety of selections from Marin Brewing Company on draft, including Platypus Venom Imperial Stout, along with bottles of this Sixth Anniversary Project.
