Named after Brian's incredibly cute dog, Miss Gristle. This is our big bourbon barrel-aged stout project with the tagline "Big Stouts, Little Dog". We haven't even released this in WA yet and this would be our first time showcasing this product. So far we just have Gristle Batch 1.
