For Pass The Grinder, we literally passed around hop grinder while we hand selected Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. We chose two different lots of Nelson, one representing a stone fruit characteristic and one that was a mix of passion fruit and dank weed. Together with hand selected Simcoe and Citra, we made a Hazy West Coast IPA that is crushable like a West Coast IPA and has a bit more body like a Hazy IPA. This is the first of this style that we have produced, and who else to do it with the hop masters at Slice. Show Less
