Description
LA JENELLE is a delightful saison brewed with #meccagrade estate grown barley and wheat as well as flaked oats. Fermented with French and Belgian saison yeast strains before ageing for several months with our mix-culture and a Brettanomyces blend to maturity. It was then naturally conditioned in bottles and kegs.
Tasting Notes ► This beer pours a deep gold color with dense rocky foam that slowly settles to a finger of head. Aroma is bready with light floral and fruity character. The body has a soft roundness contrasting with the very dry and refreshing finish. Subtle acidity makes this saison a wonderful companion to any dining experience.
