Description
STRICKLAND RANCH WILD ALE is a special blend of beers brewed with barley and unmalted wheat, aged hops, and fermented with our native mixed culture collected from a private ranch of Avocado and Grapefruit orchards and surrounded by native chaparral. Following barrel fermentation and a long rest this blend was naturally conditioned with local wildflower honey from the same valley.
