Made from a blend of cider apples grown organically by our friends at Filigreen Farm in Anderson valley (A Demeter-Certified biodynamic farm) situated on 97 acres in Mendocino County. They produce, in cidermaker Trevor's opinion, the best tasting apples on the planet and he is grateful to have this fruit for this special release.
Apple varieties include Arkansas Black, Mutsu, Corail, Sierra Beauty, Rubinette, White winter Permain, Granny Smith, Pink Lady and Trevor's favorite tiny apple, Ambrosia. All harvested and pressed in 2021, arrested fermentation created a naturally off-dry cider that is perfectly balanced and incredibly refreshing.
