Description
MittPils, our south German style Pilsner, originally brewed in collaboration, as one of our first beers ever made, with our friend and mentor, @fw_brewmaster , of @FirestoneWalker . This Pilsner is brewed with very soft water, heirloom German Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, our favorite lager yeast, and the hardest raw material of all - time. The sum of the ingredients yields a round malt presense, soft but firm bitterness, that signature straw gold color, and Pillowtopy
white foam. Notes of noble herbs, fresh soil, forest air, and Hallertau rows.
