Certifiably Malchus, Bourbon Barrel Biere De Garde. Brewed with only golden malts. Double mashed and Kettle boiled for over 24 hours to achieve a rich copper color and concentrate malts. Cool fermented with proprietary yeast and aged on choice Bourbon barrels. Pair with Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs topped with toasted Pecans or 'slow cooked' Bacon-wrapped Pork Tenderloin. A very very dry 9.2% ABV; 35 IBUs.
