Often, we let our Sours go down one of two paths: tiki drink-inspired tropical concoctions that are light and refreshing or dessert-focused with loads of vanilla and as rich as pie. However, sometimes, albeit rarely, we throw one straight up the middle: one fruit, one story, and one hell of a Bruce reference. One such example is Greetings From Raspberry Park, a Sour about the most excellent fruit in the history of Earth, the raspberry. With a body with a bit of heft and a respectable ABV, alongside all that fruit and all that bright acidity, this beer remains super drinkable. It strikes a balance between decadent raspberries and finding a way to still taste like a beer.
