SHIPPING FAQ'S

No, City Beer Store is not a shipper. City Beer Store uses third parties, like UPS or GLS for shipping.

Someone 21+ with a valid, government-issued photo ID must be available to receive the package.

The shipping carrier will not deliver the package if there is no one home to receive it or if the receiver does not have a valid ID. The carrier will have to redeliver another day and/or cancel the delivery.

The treatment of orders that are unable to be delivered is at the discretion of the shipping carrier.

We recommend contacting the shipper directly if you need to schedule your redelivery.

We currently offer shipping in California ONLY.

We offer “next day shipping” on all orders, which refers to overnight delivery from the time your package leaves our facility and is transferred to the possession of the shipping carrier.

Orders are typically packed and sent out within 1-3 business days of being placed. We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive the day after you place your order. Delivery times are under the control of the shipping carrier. We will make every effort to ensure your package is sent out as quickly as possible.

All orders placed after Friday at 4pm will not ship until Monday at the earliest.

We are not able to guarantee when your package will arrive after it has left our facilities and been transferred to the possession of the shipping carrier. We contract with the carriers for overnight shipping, but the carriers sometimes experience delays. Once your package has left our facilities and been taken into possession by the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control of it. If you experience any issues with the shipment of your package, we will make every effort to work with you and the carrier to make things right. But please note, we have limited power when it comes to influencing the logistics of the shipping carriers.

Unfortunately, no. Our shipping providers are unable to deliver to PO boxes..

We can make changes to your shipping address before the package has left our facility and been transferred to the possession of the shipping carrier. Email cityhopsbeer@gmail.com to inquire about making a change.

You would need to contact the shipping company directly if you require and address edit after the package has been sent out

In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, please email photographs to cityhopsbeer@gmail.com and we can either reship the damaged beer or issue a refund.

The beer is packaged carefully & with plenty of protection against damage. We don’t however ship with ice packs or temperature insulation
