Lightsabers can cut through anything… well, ALMOST anything. After the Great Purge, the empire confiscated Beskar, the metal used in Mandalorian armor. In its purest form, Beskar can withstand a blaster shot and, yes, even a lightsaber strike. To celebrate Beskar's twinned attributes of strength and purity, we brewed a strong stout with vanilla in its purest form. We sourced the vanilla beans from a small island nation on the planet Earth called Tahiti. Tahitians know a thing or two about empire. In fact, you might say vanilla is their Beskar. As the Armorer meticulously forging Beskar, we individually processed these beans in order to extract maximum flavor from the highly sought after pods. To compliment this rare ingredient, we brewed a milk stout base that, like Beskar, could stand up to anything. Strong, dark chocolate not only expresses itself through the roasted malts, but the cocoa nibs that we added along with the Tahitian vanilla. This isn’t a beer to enjoy at the beginning of a session. This beer should have the final word. Because after you enjoy it, no other beer will be able to stand up to it. This is the way.
